A testimonial from Amanda & Colin

Susanna’s Catering was a huge part of our wedding, and one of the best parts. From the minute we started working with Susanna, we felt at ease… from the tastings, to the phone conversations, to the day of food. She not only turned out one of the best meals our guests have ever had, but she coached us through event planning in such a calm, expert manner. I’m still hearing stories from cocktail hour of the masses of people trailing behind the caterers grabbing appetizers like they would never see another one… and I’m still being told about the food now, 3 weeks later. If I have another event, birthday party or celebration, I would not even hesitate to see if Susanna was available to work it.

As we made our way through the wedding process, there were only two vendors who took the time to get to know what we might like, Susanna being one of them. She asked about our favorite foods and how we ate growing up… we ended up having ordered entrees with family style sides. My family is Chinese, so eating family style was important to me. It was nice to work with a vendor who wanted to genuinely make the event special for us and not just get through the event in whatever way she was comfortable. She also made sure to work with allergies and food specifications, making sure most of the meal was gluten free and we had plenty of vegetarian options. I can go on and on… if you have any doubt, you shouldn’t… book Susanna now!
